In deze veelzijdige fulltime functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en klanten én houd je de administratie strak op orde. Werk in een gezellig team, ontwikkel jezelf en maak écht het verschil! Over de functie Als receptionist en allround ondersteuner ben jij het eerste gezicht en de gastvrije spil van ons kantoor. Je verwelkomt kandidaten en klanten met een glimlach, beantwoordt inkomende telefoontjes en zorgt dat iedereen direct bij de juiste collega aan tafel zit. Daarnaast pak je met gemak uiteenlopende ondersteunende en administratieve taken op, zodat de dagelijkse gang van zaken op kantoor vlekkeloos verloopt. Een gemiddelde dag? Je opent het kantoor, zet een verse pot koffie en begroet enthousiast de eerste bezoekers aan de balie. Tussen het telefoon- en mailverkeer door ondersteun je het team met uiteenlopende werkzaamheden : van het netjes verwerken van documenten en contracten tot het inplannen van afspraken of cursussen. Je belt even na hoe de eerste werkdag van een kandidaat is bevallen, houdt de kantoorvoorraad op peil en zorgt samen met het team voor een gezellige lunch of een spontane vrijdagmiddagcompetitie. Jij switcht moeiteloos tussen gastheerschap en allround regelen.
