Je ontvangt hen vriendelijk en verwijst hen naar de juiste afdeling. Je verwerkt ook verschillende administratieve taken. Zo controleer je CMR-documenten, laadlijsten en de planning. Ook maak je bezoekerspassen aan en neem je deze weer in. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen de logistiek. Je hebt veel contact met chauffeurs en bezoekers. Daarbij werk je nauwkeurig en zorg je dat de administratie klopt. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 10:00 tot 19:00 uur. Je hebt dus een duidelijk werkritme overdag. Je wisselt baliewerk, telefonie en administratie met elkaar af. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Ontvangen en doorverwijzen van bezoekers en chauffeurs - Aanmaken en innemen van bezoekerspassen - Registreren van bezoekers en passen - Controleren van CMR-documenten en laadlijsten - Controleren van de inbound planning - Beantwoorden en doorverbinden van telefoontjes - Netjes en representatief houden van de receptie Wat we je bieden Wij bieden jou de volgende voorwaarden: - Een bruto uurloon van €15,63 tot €19,01, afhankelijk van je ervaring - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast contract - Een fulltime baan van 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 10:00 tot 19:00 uur - Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer vanaf 10 kilometer enkele reis - Een duidelijk inwerktraject met uitleg over systemen en werkwijzen - Een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen en behulpzame collega's - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien richting admini...
