Bij deze levendige balie meldt een grote stroom aan leveranciers en bezoekers zich elke dag. Jij pakt de regie, doorloopt strak de procedures en zorgt dat iedereen veilig en geregistreerd het terrein op gaat. Je werkt in flexibele shifts die starten om 06:45-13:45 of 06:45-15:45. Je pakt lekker vroeg op de dag je uren mee om vervolgens van je vrije middag te genieten! Wat worden jouw taken? - Je ontvangt, registreert en meldt bezoekers en leveranciers aan; - Je legt belangrijke veiligheidsregels uit; - Je geeft toegangspassen uit aan bezoekers en personeel; - Je controleert en registreert ID-bewijzen, NAW-gegevens en VCA-certificaten; - Je verwerkt facilitaire meldingen in het systeem; - Je geeft interne boodschappen snel en correct door; - Je houdt het overzicht bij de balie tijdens piekmomenten. Jij weet van aanpakken en blijft altijd stressbestendig, ook als er een rij bij de balie staat.Je bent communicatief ijzersterk en schakelt moeiteloos tussen de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal . Je woont bij voorkeur binnen tien kilometer van Veghel en bent flexibel inzetbaar voor vroege diensten vanaf 06.45 uur.
