- Circa 15 uur per week - Marktconform Word jij onze nieuwe collega? Als receptionist ben jij het gezicht van S-MS. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant doorlopend tevreden is over de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van ons sportcentrum. Je staat klaar om onze leden te woord te staan en houdt ondertussen overzicht over jouw taken en al onze vertrekken. Daarnaast ben je op de hoogte van wat er speelt binnen ons sportcentrum en bij elke klant, zodat je passend advies kunt geven aan al onze leden. Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel? Tegelijkertijd voer je zowel de dagelijkse taken als jouw eigen taken uit. Eigen taken kunnen variëren van het rooster tot de administratie of onze website: wij stemmen graag met jou af waar jij goed zou kunnen bijdragen. Daarnaast heb jij bijvoorbeeld snel door dat een affiche niet meer actueel is of een product weer besteld moet worden en neem je zelf initiatief. Jouw taken zijn enorm afwisselend en bestaan o.a. uit: - ontvangen, informeren en rondleiden van (nieuwe) klanten - luisteren naar wat leden te vertellen hebben - klaarmaken en serveren van koffie, thee, shakes - telefoon aannemen - administratieve werkzaamheden - schoonmaakwerkzaamheden Wat verwachten wij van jou? - affiniteit met sporten - goede communicatieve vaardigheden - commercieel ingesteld - service- en klantgericht - enthousiast en betrokken - goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - flexibel (zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend) - wonend binnen een straal van 10 kilometer - representatief - positief en leergierig Wat bieden wij? - een interessante en afwisselende baan in een leuk team - een aantrekkelijk salaris - een jaarcontract met de intentie deze te verlengen - eventueel uitbreiding van uren en verantwoordelijkheid - maandag van 18.30 ...
