Zoek jij een werkplek waar een gevoel van vakantie, gastvrijheid en ontspanning samenkomen? Bij Thermen Dilbeek leggen we onze gasten elke dag volledig in de watten — en dat ontspannen gevoel begint al op het allereerste moment dat ze binnenstappen.

Als Receptionist(e) ben jij het warme onthaal en de glimlach van onze oase van rust. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze bezoekers de hectiek van het dagelijks leven achter zich laten zodra ze de deur doorlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Warm Ontvangst: Je verwelkomt onze gasten met een oprechte glimlach, checkt ze vlot in en helpt ze wegwijs te maken in ons sauna- en wellnesscomplex.
  • Aanspreekpunt & Adviseur: Je beantwoordt vragen over onze faciliteiten, arrangementen en behandelingen (en weet ze met enthousiasme aan te bevelen!).
  • Achter de Schermen: Je beheert de telefonische en online reservaties, verwerkt betalingen met zorg en maakt kadobonnen.
  • Sfeerbewaker: Je zorgt voor een opgeruimde, stijlvolle en uitnodigende balie waar gasten zich direct thuis voelen.

  • Communicatief & Gastvrij: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én Frans (en eventueel Engels).

Opleiding & Ervaring: Een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in een hospitality-, onthaal- of klantgerichte functie.

Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede tot vlotte kennis van het Frans (kennis van het Engels is een extra troef).

Flexibiliteit: Bereidheid om te werken in een flexibel uurrooster, met regelmatige prestaties in het weekend en op feestdagen.

Digitale vaardigheid: Vlot overweg kunnen met computers, administratieve software en online reservatiesystemen.

Persoonskenmerken: Een representatief voorkomen, een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en absolute discretie.
