Wat is DOMITYS Leuven?

DOMITYS Leuven, Vaart Der Brouwers is een serviceresidentie met 111 appartementen voor zelfstandige, actieve ouderen gevestigd in het hartje van Leuven, in een levendige wijk aan de Vaartkom. De ouderen verblijven in comfortabele serviceflats waar ze kunnen gebruik maken van verschillende faciliteiten zoals het restaurant, welness en een variërend activiteitenaanbod van 50 activiteiten per maand.

Functieomschrijving :

Het onthaal binnen de residentie Vaart Der Brouwers draagt in grote mate bij tot het imago van DOMITYS. Voor de bewoners is het onthaal een dagelijks doorgangspunt waar de hele dag door veel actuele zaken worden afgehandeld (post, specifieke aanvragen, reserveringen...).

Wat kan je verwachten:

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en familie.
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal en toegangscontrole van de bezoekers.
  • Met een lach verwelkom je iedereen en je staat ze te woord bij vragen.
  • Je informeert bezoekers over tarieven, abonnementen, faciliteiten,…
  • Administratieve & financiële verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je gaat op een correctie wijze om met de kassa & verschillende geldhandelingen.
  • Je volgt de nodige procedures van Domitys
  • Ter ondersteuning van de administratief verantwoordelijke voer je enkele administratieve taken uit.
  • Opmaken van de planning van de interne housekeeping
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor telefonische oproepen en mailverkeer.
  • Gebruik en toepassing van intern alarmsysteem (Lifeplus)
  • EHBO toepassen indien nodig
  • Helpende hand bieden bij het restaurant
  • Werken in de week en in het weekend. Er is namelijk 7/7 permanentie
  • Werkuren zijn 7u00 tot 15u00 of 12u00 tot 20u00
  • Goedlachs
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je drukt je schriftelijk en mondeling vlot uit in het Nederlands
  • Je bent energiek, klantgericht, alert, plichtsbewust en je beschikt over een grote dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je blijft in elke situatie rustig en (klant)vriendelijk.
  • Teamplayer
  • Ervaring in HORECA is een pluspunt
  • Samenwerken kent voor jou geen grenzen, als teamplayer ga jij plichtsbewust, en met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, aan de slag in een enthousiast en gemotiveerd team.
  • Bij problemen of discussies ga je assertief, beheerst en respectvol op zoek naar oplossingen voor een optimale samenwerking.
  • Je neemt initiatief en je weet hoe je de dingen moet aanpakken en hoe je de juiste beslissingen moet nemen.
  • Je bent een pc-literate die op een vlotte manier aan de slag kan met Word, Outlook en Excel.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes in orde is. Je hecht veel belang aan orde en netheid.
