Dit betekent dat jij een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebt en onze gasten van de beste service wilt voorzien. Jij fungeert echt als een gastheer/-vrouw. Je checkt gasten in- en uit, zorgt voor de afhandeling van reserveringen en helpt gasten met alle vragen die ze hebben. Jij weet van alles te vertellen over het hotel, van de geschiedenis van het pand tot de ontbijttijden en de kamer faciliteiten. Als geen ander ken jij de stad en weet jij de gasten te informeren over de leukste activiteiten en hotspots. Het maakt jou niet uit of je dat in het Nederlands of Engels moet vertellen. Zelfs een woord Duits is mooi meegenomen. Iedereen kan bij jou terecht! Daarnaast beantwoord je de mail en de telefoon. Jij bent niet alleen het middelpunt van het hotel maar ook van De Drie Gezusters. Saaie diensten zal je zeker niet hebben! Wanneer gasten in de lounge of het bordes zitten, dan zorg jij dat ze niks tekortkomt. Je bedient de gasten op een persoonlijke manier, waardoor ze zich thuis voelen. Gastgericht zijn is jouw passie. Jij houdt van een uitdaging en verrast en verbaasd gasten graag. Je wordt allround ingewerkt zodat je op de ochtenden, middagen en avonden kunt werken. Om ervoor te zorgen dat je een echte gastheer/-vrouw bent leren we je de eerste periode alle kneepjes van zowel ontbijt- /bedieningsmedewerker als receptionist....
