Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach, verzorgt het in- en uitchecken, handelt reserveringen af en beantwoordt vragen via e-mail, telefoon en persoonlijk contact. Je vertelt enthousiast over ons bijzondere hotel en de leukste hotspots van Groningen. Ook zorg je ervoor dat gasten in onze lounge en op het bordes niets tekortkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde! We zoeken een gastvrije, enthousiaste en leergierige collega die niet alleen energie krijgt van het receptiewerk, maar ook de ambitie heeft om door te groeien naar Assistent Hotel Manager . Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, denkt vooruit en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen de hotellerie. Ervaring in een hotel of de horeca is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en ambitie vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Je wordt allround ingewerkt en combineert receptie werkzaamheden met het verzorgen van het ontbijt en het bedienen van de gasten in onze lounge. Zo leer je het hotel van verschillende kanten kennen en krijg je de kans om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op je te nemen. Je bent fulltime beschikbaar, flexibel inzetbaar voor ochtend-, middag- en avonddiensten en ook in het weekend beschikbaar.
