Receptionist(e) Mercure hotel Zwolle Hotel Mercure Zwolle Zwolle - Mbo Parttime Vacaturebeschrijving Als receptionist/ welcomer (m/v) zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten een fantastisch verblijf hebben in ons hotel. Vanaf het eerste contact tót het moment dat zij weer vertrekken ben jij hun aanspreekpunt binnen het hotel. Onze gasten staan bij jou op nummer 1 en daarom heb je veel contact met de andere afdelingen (housekeeping, reserveringen en F&B). Jij weet dat op de achtergrond alle processen zo geregeld zijn, zodat het de gast aan niets ontbreekt. Jij bent flexibel genoeg en in staat om 'out of the box' te denken om daar gastvrij op in te spelen. Verder kun jij je enthousiasme ook overbrengen op de rest van het team. Mercure Hotel Zwolle ligt aan de rand van Zwolle. Het hotel is goed bereikbaar vanaf de A28. Dit hotel is altijd in beweging en geen dag is hetzelfde! Betreed jij binnenkort het podium bij de Front Office? Voor de functie receptionist zijn we op zoek naar diegene die het verschil maakt voor onze gasten. Jij bent spontaan, 'outgoing' en gaat net voor dat stapje extra om te zorgen dat de gast een onvergetelijke verblijf bij ons heeft. Dit doe je natuurlijk samen met je collega's dus tevens ben jij een teamplayer die andere meeneemt in jouw enthousiasme. Je bent communicatief sterk en je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend. Spreek je ook nog een derde taal, dan is dat natuurlijk een mooi voordeel. Natuurlijk ben je ook commercieel. Het betreft hier een functie waarbij je 4 dagen per week beschikbaar bent. En extra diensten tijdens bijvoorbeeld vakanties. Je bent flexibel en vindt het fijn om in wisselende diensten te werken.
