Start dan bij het Rotterdam Marriott Hotel als Guest Relations Stagiair(e) en maak van ieder verblijf een bijzondere ervaring! Wat ga jij doen? Als Guest Relations Stagiair(e) ben jij, samen met het Front Office team, hét gezicht van het Rotterdam Marriott Hotel. In deze functie verwelkom je de gasten in onze lobby en draag je extra zorg voor onze Marriott Bonvoy Members. Je anticipeert op de wensen en behoeften van gasten, waarbij je snel in kunt spelen op datgene waar de gasten blij van worden. Daarnaast ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor pre-arrival planning en de aankleding van hotelkamers tijdens speciale evenementen, denk hierbij aan een verjaardag of verloving. Bovendien zorg jij ervoor dat reviews via diverse kanalen worden beantwoord. Aan jou de taak om onze gasten een unieke beleving te bezorgen! Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je volgt momenteel een relevante MBO of HBO opleiding. - Je houdt van uitdagingen en gaat moeilijke situaties niet uit de weg. - Je bent ondernemend, zelfstandig en servicegericht. - Je hebt een creatieve mindset en denkt altijd in mogelijkheden. - Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, die je zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels over kunt brengen.
