Voor Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een professionele en servicegerichte Receptionist(e) / Guest Services Medewerker . Als Receptionist(e) / Guest Services Medewerker ben jij hét visitekaartje van BCG. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor internationale gasten, bezoekers en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich vanaf het eerste moment welkom, gezien en volledig ontzorgd voelt. Je begrijpt dat hoogwaardige hospitality verder gaat dan alleen een vriendelijke ontvangst. Het zit juist in de details: een persoonlijke begroeting, het herkennen van een terugkerende gast, weten wat iemand nodig heeft voordat erom gevraagd wordt en ervoor zorgen dat alles rondom een bezoek vlekkeloos verloopt. Je bent professioneel, discreet en hebt een natuurlijk gevoel voor service. Je weet wanneer je zichtbaar aanwezig moet zijn en wanneer juist een subtiele benadering het verschil maakt. Jouw dag als Office Host Je start je dienst met het doornemen van de bezoekersplanning en eventuele bijzonderheden.
