Bij Novotel Maastricht zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Front Office Medewerker die ons team komt versterken. Bij ons staat gastvrijheid centraal en zorgen we ervoor dat elke gast zich thuis voelt. Onze afdeling:Onze afdeling heeft twee werkdiensten. We hebben een vroege 07:00-15:00 uur en een late dienst 15:00-23:00 uur. In de weekenden en vakanties is het lekker druk in ons hotel met vakantiegasten. Er hangt dan echt een gezellige, gemoedelijke vakantie sfeer in ons hotel. Doordeweeks hebben we een combinatie van zakelijke gasten, vergadergasten en vakantiegasten. Wat ga je doen?De werkzaamheden van onze afdeling zijn behoorlijk divers en wisselend. Iedere dag is anders, wat dit werk ook zo leuk maakt! Om tóch een beeld te schetsen, zullen onderstaande werkzaamheden dagelijks terugkomen: • Onze hotelgasten met een grote glimlach verwelkomen en helpen bij het in- en uitchecken. Saai? Je mag er je eigen draai aan geven! Wij houden niet van standaard werkprocessen. • Vragen beantwoorden en tips geven over de leukste plekjes in Maastricht. • Reserveringen verwerken in ons systeem, zowél telefonisch als via de e-mail. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het financieel goed afsluiten van jouw dienst. Je handelt betalingen zelfstandig af en controleert je administratie. Je leert hierdoor veel van geldstromen. • Uitdagingen en klachten oplossen met een glimlach. • Samenwerken met je collega's van andere afdelingen om onze gasten een topverblijf te bezorgen. • Je brainstormt mee over verbeteringen m.b.t. onze afdeling.

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij? • Je bent vriendelijk en gastvrij, en houdt ervan om gasten blij te maken. • Flexibel inzetbaar, ook 's avonds en in het weekend. • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en spreekt Nederlands en Engels (extra talen zijn een plus!). • Hebt ervaring in de hospitality of een vergelijkbare
