Dan hebben wij een hele leuke baan voor je! Voor onze orthodontiepraktijk in Amsterdam-West zijn we op zoek naar een receptionist die ervoor zorgt dat alles aan de balie én achter de schermen soepel loopt. Wat je gaat doen Als receptionist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt én de planner van onze orthodontiepraktijk. Je ontvangt patiënten aan de balie, staat hen vriendelijk te woord (live, telefoon en mail) en zorgt voor een strakke dagplanning. Je plant afspraken efficiënt in en bewaakt dat de tijd van orthodontieassistenten en behandelstoelen optimaal wordt benut. Bij uitval of spoed schakel je snel en kom je met een passende oplossing. Wanneer het druk is en alles tegelijk komt, blijf je kalm en flexibel. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen baliewerk, telefoon, mail en planning. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte administratie: patiëntenkaarten zijn op orde, dossiers compleet en gegevens worden zorgvuldig en vertrouwelijk verwerkt. Je werkt met verschillende digitale systemen, onderhoudt contact met het hoofdkantoor en denkt proactief mee over hoe planningen en processen slimmer kunnen. Het is een veelzijdige en dynamische functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid waarbij jouw planningsvaardigheden echt het verschil maken. Jouw werkplek Je werkt bij onze praktijk in Amsterdam, in een team van 8 collega's. Soms zit je alleen achter de balie en soms met een collega. De praktijk is geopend op maandag t/m donderdag van 08:15 uur tot 16:30 uur. Soms loopt een dag iets uit of juist eerder af, dat hoort bij de praktijk.
