Je werkt op een locatie waar gastvrijheid en organisatie centraal staan en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid voor het reilen en zeilen van het kantoor. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een gastvrije ontvangst van bezoekers en het netjes houden van de vergaderruimtes en algemene ruimtes. Je beheert de voorraden en doet bestellingen voor EHBO-materialen en algemene persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM). Daarnaast ben je aanspreekpunt voor schoonmaak en facilitaire dienstverlening, organiseer je interne processen en personeelsvoorzieningen en help je bij het organiseren van evenementen. De focus ligt op gastvrijheid, organisatie, voorraadbeheer, facilitaire ondersteuning en oog voor detail. Het werk draait minder om telefooncentrale-werkzaamheden en meer om het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse praktijk en het signaleren van wat er nodig is. Wij zoeken iemand die zelfstandig, praktisch en proactief is en zorgt dat alles netjes en goed geregeld is.
