RTV Drenthe Assen RTV Drenthe - Assen - 10 uur - MBO - € 2.283,- tot € 2.800,- Receptionist/Telefonist in Assen RTV Drenthe is als betrouwbare en onafhankelijke informatiebron de spil in de Drentse samenleving. We houden Drenthe dagelijks op de hoogte van het laatste nieuws, sport, evenementen en activiteiten. RTV Drenthe is niet ván Drenthe, niet vóór Drenthe, maar ís Drenthe. Een positie die we hebben en willen behouden. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en bellers. Je ontvangt en registreert bezoekers, wijst hen de weg en begeleidt hen waar nodig. Daarnaast behandel je inkomende telefoongesprekken, beantwoord je vragen en zorg je voor het correct doorverbinden. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reserveren van bedrijfsauto's en vergaderruimtes, het bijhouden van gastenlijsten en het uitvoeren van overige voorkomende werkzaamheden. Wat breng je mee? - Je bent iemand die zelfstandig kan werken en overzicht houdt. - Je wilt graag het visitekaartje van RTV Drenthe zijn. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je staat bezoekers en bellers vriendelijk te woord. - Je kunt goed overweg met administratieve systemen. Wat kun je verwachten? - Je gaat werken in een organisatie met een prettige werksfeer waarin samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan. - Het betreft een functie van gemiddeld 10 uur per week. Uitbreiding van het aantal uren is binnen deze functie niet mogelijk. - Het salaris en de arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de omroep-cao, schaal C (€ 2.282,99 - € 2.800,40 bruto per maand op fulltime basis) plus vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering en pensioenregeling.
