Receptioniste Solliciteer nu 32 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.600 en €3.100 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als receptioniste draag je bij aan een gastvrije en goed georganiseerde omgeving binnen ons opleidingscentrum in Hattem. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cursisten, docenten en bezoekers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Met jouw organisatietalent en flexibiliteit weet je moeiteloos te schakelen tussen verschillende taken, van administratieve werkzaamheden tot het coördineren van facilitaire zaken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dankzij jouw inzet loopt alles op rolletjes. Wat je gaat doen: - Ontvangen en begeleiden: cursisten, docenten en bezoekers welkom heten en wegwijs maken binnen het opleidingscentrum. - Zorg dragen: voor een representatieve en goed georganiseerde locatie, inclusief het voorbereiden van leslokalen en materialen. - Beantwoorden: van binnenkomende telefoontjes en e-mails en het verwerken van administratieve taken, zoals certificaten en presentielijsten. - Organiseren: van lunches, catering en het beheren van voorraden zoals koffie, thee en kantoorartikelen. - Signaleren: van facilitaire meldingen en het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, cateraars en schoonmaakdiensten. Wat we je bieden Je krijgt niet alleen een uitdagende functie, maar je komt ook te werken binnen een dynamische werkomgeving. - Bruto maandsalaris op basis van fulltime tussen € 2.600,- en € 3.100,-. - Tijdelijk tot 1 december 2026. - Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur. - 8% vakantiegeld Bij Start People belonen wij volgens het principe van gelijkwaardige beloning; je arbeidsvoorwaarden sluiten altijd aan bij die van collega's die rechtstreeks bij de opdrachtgever in dienst zijn.
