Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een toonaangevende woon- en interieurorganisatie in Rijssen zoeken wij een Receptioniste voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Met jouw vriendelijke uitstraling en organisatorische talent weet je de receptie soepel te laten verlopen. Richtinggevend in werk. Wat ga je doen? - Ontvangen en welkom heten van bezoekers - Beantwoorden en doorverbinden van telefoongesprekken - Verwerken van e-mails en andere administratieve werkzaamheden - Inplannen en beheren van afspraken - Ondersteunen van verschillende afdelingen waar nodig - Zorgen voor een nette en representatieve ontvangstruimte De functie is voor 24 tot 32 uur per week en je werkt in dagdienst van 09.00 - 18.00 uur. Het is belangrijk dat je ook op koopavond (donderdagavond) kan werken. Daarnaast is het van belang dat je om de zaterdag kunt werken. Overige werkdagen en uren worden in overleg vastgesteld Over onze opdrachtgever Je gaat werken bij een vooruitstrevende organisatie die hoogwaardige keukens en badkamers levert. De focus ligt op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en uitstekende service. Het team is hecht, behulpzaam en werkt nauw samen om klanten zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen. Nieuwe collega's worden hier warm ontvangen en snel opgenomen in het team..
