Receptioniste gezocht (32 uur) Functieomschrijving We zoeken een receptioniste die een visitekaartje van ons notariskantoor in Nijkerk wil worden! De werkzaamheden, die je samen met onze ervaren receptioniste verricht, zijn uitdagend en afwisselend en bestaan onder meer uit: - het ontvangen van gasten op vriendelijke en professionele wijze; - het beantwoorden van de telefoon; - het verzorgen van de uitgaande post; - het plannen van afspraken; - het verrichten van ondersteunende administratieve taken (zoals het voorbereiden van legalisaties, het afwerken van de akten en het aanleggen van dossiers); - allerhande facilitaire werkzaamheden bij de receptie. Jij bent een enthousiaste, energieke, proactieve collega, die: - dingen snel oppakt; - nauwkeurig en georganiseerd is; - goed is in de contacten met collega's en cliënten; - altijd het overzicht behoudt; - de Nederlandse taal goed beheerst; - collegiaal is én gevoel voor humor heeft; - representatief is.
