Stel ze aan Romy - 16 - 24 uur per week - In ieder geval werkzaam op woensdag en vrijdag - Veel contact met bezoekers en collega's Bij Barli begint een goed welkom bij jou. Als receptioniste ben jij vaak de eerste die onze bezoekers spreken of zien. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom voelen, weten waar ze moeten zijn en met de juiste collega in contact komen. Ben jij gastvrij, behulpzaam en houd je ervan als alles bij de receptie goed geregeld is? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Als receptioniste ontvang je onze bezoekers op onze locatie in Uden en zorg je voor een warm en gastvrij welkom. Je neemt contact op met de collega bij wie zij een afspraak hebben en biedt bezoekers die even moeten wachten alvast iets te drinken aan. Daarnaast beantwoord je binnenkomende telefoontjes en verbind je deze door naar de juiste collega. Je werkt samen met Katja en Yvonne in het receptieteam. Naast je werkzaamheden aan de receptie voer je lichte administratieve en ondersteunende taken uit. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de ontvangst- en spreekruimtes er netjes en representatief uitzien. Zie je dat iets bij de receptie handiger of beter kan? Dan geef je dit aan en denk je mee over een oplossing. Zo help je mee aan een receptie waar bezoekers goed worden ontvangen en het werk soepel verloopt.
