Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Rechterhand Maintenance Manager zorg je ervoor dat werkopdrachten tot in detail voorbereid zijn, zodat techniekers meteen efficiënt aan de slag kunnen
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Maintenance Manager geeft je de kans om projecten actief op te volgen en prioriteiten mee te bepalen binnen de technische dienst
  • Het correct afsluiten van werkorders in het onderhoudssoftwarepakket ligt in jouw handen, waardoor een duidelijke administratie en opvolging gegarandeerd blijft
  • Vanuit jouw inzicht in onderhoud stel je preventieve onderhoudsplannen op en stuur je deze bij waar nodig om stilstanden te beperken
  • Dagelijks stem je af met techniekers, productie en planning en ondersteun je met eenvoudige technische tekeningen en zaaglijsten zodat alles vlot op elkaar aansluit
  • Een technisch Bachelor- of Masterdiploma vormt een sterke basis om deze rol succesvol op te nemen
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of onderhoudsomgeving helpt je om snel inzicht te krijgen in processen en prioriteiten te stellen
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands gecombineerd met een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige aanpak zorgt ervoor dat je efficiënt schakelt tussen verschillende afdelingen
