In de omgeving van Roeselare kom je terecht bij een industriële speler actief in de afwerking van bouwmaterialen. Binnen deze productieomgeving werken verschillende teams samen om producten te bewerken en klaar te maken voor levering. De site telt een twintigtal medewerkers en kenmerkt zich door een directe, hands-on aanpak waar aanwezigheid op de werkvloer centraal staat.

Om de dagelijkse werking verder te ondersteunen, zoeken ze een Productieverantwoordelijke die het operationele luik in handen neemt en mee zorgt voor structuur, kwaliteit en continuïteit. In deze functie combineer je people management, productieopvolging en kwaliteitsbewaking met een duidelijke impact op de werking van de site.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijks stuur je een team van operatoren, teamleaders en ondersteunende profielen aan (±20 FTE) en zorg je voor een vlotte werking van de site
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de productie door controles uit te voeren en processen op te volgen
  • Verder coördineer je een ondersteunende afdeling en zorg je voor een vlotte en tijdige opvolging richting klanten
  • Als rechterhand van de plant manager bewaak je de operationele werking en denk je actief mee over optimalisaties op de werkvloer
  • Daarnaast word je betrokken bij aanwervingen en lever je je input bij de selectie van nieuwe collega’s
  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur elektromechanica
  • Daarnaast heb je meerdere jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving en heb je al een eerste leidinggevende rol opgenomen
  • Verder communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en werk je graag dicht bij de mensen op de werkvloer
  • Dankzij je technische kennis kan je bij storingen uitzonderlijk ondersteunen en snel schakelen wanneer nodig
