Voor een toonaangevende speler in ecologische verpakkingsoplossingen zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Productie ter assistentie van de productiemanager in een flexibel 3-ploegenstelsel voor de regio Laarne. Deze onderneming combineert een internationale slagkracht met een familiale cultuur waar betrokkenheid, samenwerking en initiatief centraal staan.

In jouw rol stuur je dagelijks een productieafdeling aan en fungeer je als de spil tussen het team op de werkvloer en het management. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning gehaald wordt, de kwaliteit gegarandeerd blijft en medewerkers zich ondersteund voelen. Opleiden, motiveren en optimaliseren: het zit allemaal in jouw dagelijkse ritme.

  • Samen met de productiemanager stuur je de stans-, vouwkleefafdeling en het magazijn aan en zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

  • Met oog voor detail bewaak je de productieplanning en zorg je dat veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels netjes worden gevolgd
  • Bij technische problemen bied je ondersteuning en benut je elke kans om processen te verbeteren en te optimaliseren
  • Dankzij jouw duidelijke communicatie tijdens wekelijkse meetings blijft het hele team op de hoogte en werk je vlot samen met andere afdelingen
  • Leiderschap zit in je DNA: je straalt vertrouwen uit, motiveert mensen en bewaart rust, ook in drukke momenten
  • Technisch inzicht en ervaring in een productieomgeving vormen jouw stevige basis
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt oplossingsgericht en durft initiatief nemen
