Ben jij een ervaren servicetechnieker die graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook voldoening haalt uit het ondersteunen van collega's? In deze functie combineer je jouw technische expertise met een belangrijke ondersteunende rol binnen een klein, hecht team.

Als Senior Servicetechnieker ben je de rechterhand van de leidinggevende op de werkvloer. Je blijft actief betrokken bij de technische werkzaamheden, denkt mee bij uitdagende storingen en helpt collega's om technische problemen efficiënt op te lossen.

Je krijgt de kans om jouw ervaring volop in te zetten en een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de dagelijkse teamwerking, zonder dat je daarvoor een formele leidinggevende functie hoeft op te nemen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je werkt dagelijks mee als servicetechnieker en neemt complexere technische uitdagingen voor je rekening.
  • Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt en klankbord voor een team van 4 à 5 medewerkers.
  • Je ondersteunt de leidinggevende bij de dagelijkse werking en helpt mee om de werkzaamheden vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je begeleidt minder ervaren collega's, deelt jouw technische kennis en helpt hen groeien in hun vak.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen, denkt oplossingsgericht mee en zoekt naar duurzame verbeteringen.
  • Je herkent terugkerende technische problemen en bespreekt mogelijke oplossingen met de leidinggevende.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring als servicetechnieker en beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of graduaat in een technische richting, of ontwikkelde een gelijkwaardig kennisniveau door praktijkervaring.
  • Je bent technisch sterk onderlegd en weet ook bij complexe problemen het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke aanleg om collega's te ondersteunen en te begeleiden.
  • Je neemt spontaan initiatief, denkt proactief mee en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk.
  • Je werkt graag samen en haalt voldoening uit het delen van kennis en ervaring.
  • Je hoeft geen ambitie te hebben om op korte termijn een leidinggevende functie op te nemen. Je voelt je vooral thuis in een technisch inhoudelijke rol met extra verantwoordelijkheid.
