Als Rechterhand Zaakvoerder – Logistiek in regio Oostende neem je een sleutelrol op in de dagelijkse organisatie van transport en logistiek binnen een ambitieus familiebedrijf in de agrosector, met verantwoordelijkheid voor planning, leveringen en contacten met chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers. Hiervoor krijg je een loon tussen €3.500 en €4.500, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen.

Je takenpakket als Rechterhand Zaakvoerder - Logistiek Manager regio Oostende:

  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van het team van chauffeurs, zowel interne medewerkers als externe transportpartners
  • Opvolgen van het volledige logistieke proces: van ontvangst van goederen tot levering bij de klant
  • Plannen en optimaliseren van transporten en leveringen
  • Zorgen voor een overzichtelijk voorraadbeheer en correcte opvolging van bestellingen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, klanten en transportpartners
  • Snel schakelen bij operationele uitdagingen en praktische oplossingen zoeken
  • Mee nadenken over verbeteringen in processen en logistieke efficiëntie
  • Opvolgen van kosten en bijdragen aan een correcte rapportering

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen logistiek
  • Relevante ervaring in een logistieke omgeving zoals transport, supply chain of agro
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren, ook in drukke situaties
  • Hands-on ingesteld en sterk in het vinden van praktische oplossingen
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van mensen en vlotte communicatie met chauffeurs, leveranciers en klanten
  • Naast Nederlands spreek je vlot Frans en Engels
  • Woonachtig in West-Vlaanderen of in de ruime regio rond Oostende
