Wil jij starten in een hands-on servicefunctie rond rollend materieel en op termijn doorgroeien naar een bredere sleutelrol naast de zaakvoerder? Dan ligt hier een kans waarin diagnose, werkplaatswerking en aftersales stap voor stap samenkomen.

In regio Gent kom je terecht bij een kleine familiale KMO binnen landbouw- en veeteeltmachines. De organisatie werkt met een breed gamma aan machines voor akkerbouw en veeteelt en ondersteunt klanten bij verkoop, service, onderhoud en herstelling. Je komt terecht in een team van zo'n 8 medewerkers, waar samenwerking praktisch verloopt en iedereen dicht bij de machines, klanten en dagelijkse werking staat.

Door de verdere groei wil de zaakvoerder meer ruimte creëren om de organisatie uit te bouwen. Daarom zoeken ze iemand die technisch sterk genoeg is om eerst mee te draaien in service en daarna geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen werkplaatswerking, aftersales en technische optimalisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Service Engineer ondersteun je de werkplaats en klanten bij diagnoses, herstellingen en technische vraagstukken rond landbouw- en veeteeltmachines
  • Vanuit jouw technische kennis analyseer je storingen, interpreteer je data en werk je mee aan structurele oplossingen
  • Je gebruikt diagnosetools en meetapparatuur om foutcodes, historieken en oplossingen duidelijk op te volgen
  • Stap voor stap neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op rond werkbons, planning, onderdelenvoorziening en technische administratie
  • Daarnaast groei je mee in aftersales, nieuwe producten en technische verbeteringen binnen de werkplaats
  • Je hebt een technische bachelor, bijvoorbeeld in Elektromechanica, Landbouwmechanisatie, Autotechnologie of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Vanuit (een eerste) ervaring in service, werkplaatswerking of een technische KMO-context ben je klaar om verder te groeien in verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je voelt je thuis in een kleine, hands-on omgeving en denkt graag mee over planning, aftersales en technische verbeteringen
