Aufgaben

* Betreuung national und international tätiger Klient_innen sowohl in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen als auch in Fragen des Aufenthalts- und Ausländerbeschäftigungsrechts (Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Aufenthalts- und Ausländerbeschäftigungsrecht sind nicht zwingend erforderlich)

* Betreuung von arbeitsrechtlichen Verfahren vor Gerichten sowie von Verwaltungsverfahren im Bereich LSD-BG und AuslBG

Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium

* Interesse an abwechslungsreicher juristischer Arbeit und neuen Herausforderungen, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Neugier

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsrecht in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei (gerne schon mit bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossener RA-Prüfung, aber keine Voraussetzung)

* Eigenverantwortliche und mandanten_innenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität und hohes Maß an Engagement und Genauigkeit

* Hohe Team-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
