Sie haben bereits Erfahrung als RechtsanwaltsassistentInnen und lieben diesen Bereich?

Die Kanzlei befindet sich im 2. Bezirk mit sehr guter Erreichbarkeit und ist neben dem Bereich der Erwachsenenvertretung im allgemeinen Zivilrecht tätig. Die Kanzlei freut sich auf eine teamfähige, selbständige und freundliche Verstärkung des kollegialen Teams!

Aufgaben:

Eigenständige Führung der Akten im Bereich Erwachsenenvertretung, Telefon, Korrespondenz, Postbearbeitung, Fristenverwaltung, Ablage- und Aktenverwaltung, schreiben nach Band, WebERV

Ihr Profil:

- Erfahrung in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei

- Erfahrung im Bereich Erwachsenenvertretung von Vorteil

- Sichere Rechtschreibkenntnisse

- Gesicherte Office Kenntnisse, JurXpert von Vorteil

- Zuverlässigkeit

- Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit

- Frohsinn und Empathie im Umgang mit gehandicapten Menschen

- Teamfähigkeit

Geboten werden:
