Tilburg - 24-32 uur Reclasseringswerker Als reclasseringswerker begeleid je mensen met verslavingsproblematiek die in aanraking zijn gekomen met justitie. Je helpt cliënten werken aan gedragsverandering en het verminderen van recidive. Daarbij begeleid en houd je toezicht binnen de verslavingsreclassering. Je werkt op het snijvlak van zorg en justitie. Je hebt contact met verschillende ketenpartners en krijgt te maken met complexe casuïstiek. Binnen het team krijg je ruimte voor verantwoordelijkheid, zelfstandigheid en professionele ontwikkeling. Dit ga je doen Als reclasseringswerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding en het toezicht van cliënten binnen de verslavingsreclassering. Je onderzoekt welke factoren een rol spelen bij het gedrag van een cliënt en maakt op basis daarvan een plan van aanpak. Je begeleidt cliënten bij het werken aan gedragsverandering en het verminderen van recidive. Daarbij houd je de voortgang goed in de gaten en stem je af met betrokken partijen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderzoeken van criminogene factoren en opstellen van een plan van aanpak. - Begeleiden en houden van toezicht op cliënten binnen de verslavingsreclassering. - Evalueren van de voortgang en rapporteren aan belanghebbende instanties. Je bespreekt casuïstiek tijdens cliëntenbesprekingen. Ook coördineer je de samenwerking tussen zorg en justitie. Extra interessant aan deze baan • Je treedt op als getuige-deskundige in de rechtbank. • Je werkt veel samen met (forensische) ketenpartners. • Je hebt veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie.
