Kom in ons topklinischeziekenhuis werken!AlsAls Recovery/PACU verpleegkundige ben je afwisselend werkzaam op onze PACU enRecovery. Ons diverse team telt 45 collega's. Jij bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voorpatiënten, van voorbereiding tot herstel na hun operatie. Typerend voor je werk is dehoge turnover, coördineren van de zorg rondom patiënten en wisselende complexiteit. Jekomt in aanraking met veel verschillende specialismen. Je biedt zorg, zowel laag- alshoog complex, aan patiënten in alle leeftijdscategorieën. In mei organiseren we voor iedereen die werkzaam is op het OKC van Rijnstate onzejaarlijkse OK-dagen. Deze dagen hebben een educatief karakter en staan in het tekenvan scholing en/of bedrijfshulpverlening.Om je kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen organiseren we twee keer per jaarBLS- en PBLS-trainingen en jaarlijks een ALS-training. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om deelte nemen aan diverse externe congressen en de multidisciplinaire scholingsavonden dieworden georganiseerd door de scholingscommissie van het OKC. Jouw vaardigheden:Een mbo- of hbo-verpleegkundige met een specialisatie op de Recovery/PACU of IC.••Je handelt adequaat in acute situaties en kan zorg verlenen aan zowel stabiele alsinstabiele patiënten. • Je kunt je goed inleven in de patiënt en naasten.••Je kunt zelfstandig werken binnen de gegeven richtlijnen.••Je kunt een juiste inschatting maken van zorgprocessen en deze uitvoeren.•• Rijnstate biedt jou:Arbeidsvoorwaarden en salaris op basis van de cao-ziekenhuizen.••Salaris FWG 55 (max. € 5.395,- bruto p.m. o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband á 36 uur p.w.).••Dienstverband van 12 maanden met intentie tot vast dienstverband.••Je kunt zowel fulltime (36 uur p/w) als in deeltijd (21,6 - 32 uur p/w) werken....
