Recoveryverpleegkundige in opleiding Wil jij als recoveryverpleegkundige in opleiding patiënten begeleiden rondom hun operatie? Je leert vitale functies bewaken en handelen bij zowel laag- als hoogcomplexe zorg. Vanaf maart 2027 combineer je werken op onze Recovery met een CZO-erkende opleiding. Aantal uren Als recoveryverpleegkundige in opleiding begeleid je patiënten vóór en na hun operatie. Je werkt op de Holding en Recovery en later ook binnen de preoperatieve screening. Je krijgt te maken met patiënten van alle leeftijden en verschillende zorgzwaartes. Je leert onder andere om: - Patiënten voor en na een operatie op te vangen en te begeleiden. - Vitale functies te bewaken en veranderingen tijdig te signaleren. - Zorg te verlenen aan patiënten met laag- en hoogcomplexe zorgvragen. - De anesthesioloog te assisteren bij locoregionale anesthesietechnieken. - Samen te werken met anesthesiologen, medisch specialisten en andere collega's rond de patiënt. Jouw opleiding In maart 2027 start je met voorwerken op onze Recovery. De CZO-erkende opleiding tot recoveryverpleegkundige duurt ongeveer één jaar en is opgebouwd uit Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA's). Je volgt het theoretische deel via de UMC Utrecht Academie en brengt wat je leert direct in de praktijk. Tijdens je opleiding werk je doordeweeks tussen 07.30 en 21.00 uur. Welkom op de OK & Recovery Je komt terecht op een OK-complex met 12 operatiekamers, waarvan één hybride operatiekamer. Daarnaast hebben we twee poliklinische OK's. De Recovery heeft 14 bedden, waaronder twee IC-bedden en één kinderbed. De Holding heeft acht bedden. Jaarlijks vinden binnen ons OK-complex ongeveer 16.000 operaties plaats. Je werkt samen met ongeveer 145 collega's, waaronder 16 recoveryverpleegkundigen. Collega's zoeken elkaar makkelijk op en helpen elkaar wanneer dat nodig is. We werken zorgvuldig en professioneel.
