Esculaap Maastricht UMC+ Verpleegkundige Basis Acute Zorg i.o. tot Recoveryverpleegkundige. Maastricht UMC+ · Maastricht Wat ga je doen? Als recoveryverpleegkundige in opleiding zorg je samen met je collega's voor patiënten voor én na een operatie. Je werkt met patiënten van alle leeftijden, met een zorgvraag die varieert van laag- tot hoogcomplex. Je bewaakt de vitale functies van de patiënten en draagt bij aan een spoedige stabilisatie en vroeg postoperatief herstel. Goed klinisch redeneren, anticiperen en adequate communicatie met collega's en anesthesiologen zijn hierin essentieel. Als recoveryverpleegkundige in opleiding start je met een inwerkperiode van ongeveer 1 tot 2 maanden op de recovery. Zo leer je de afdeling, de patiëntenpopulatie en de basiswerkzaamheden goed kennen. Daarna begint jouw opleidingstraject. Je wordt gekoppeld aan drie vaste werkbegeleiders. Dit zijn gemotiveerde collega's die speciaal zijn opgeleid in coachen en begeleiden, en jou stap voor stap wegwijs maken in het vak. Daarnaast leer je natuurlijk ook van de andere ervaren collega's op de afdeling. De opleiding bestaat uit: - Praktijkonderwijs op de werkvloer - Theoretische lessen via de MUMC+ Academie - de lesdagen plan je in overleg grotendeels zelf in Tijdens de opleiding werk je met EPA's (Entrustable Professional Activities). Zodra jij vindt dat je een EPA beheerst, leg je hiervoor een toets af volgens de regionale richtlijnen. Bij een succesvolle beoordeling mag je de bijbehorende handelingen zelfstandig uitvoeren. Zo groeit je zelfstandigheid zichtbaar naarmate je opleiding vordert. De opleiding is opgedeeld in drie delen: 1. Basis Acute Zorg (BAZ) 2. Kernopleiding 3. Specifieke EPA's voor de recovery Afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en eerder behaalde certificaten duurt het totale traject circa 18 tot 24 maanden. Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit?
