Als Recruiter in Rotterdam combineer je recruitment met commercie. Je spreekt professionals, bouwt aan je eigen netwerk en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe zakelijke kansen. Jij krijgt de vrijheid om te ondernemen, relaties op te bouwen en jouw commerciële talent volop in te zetten. Aanbod - Een salaris van € 2.700,- tot € 3.300,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Een transparante, individuele bonusregeling waarmee jouw commerciële resultaten worden beloond; - € 2.500,- opleidingsbudget per jaar, aangevuld met trainingen, coaching en een persoonlijk ontwikkeltraject; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Volledige vergoeding van je reiskosten met het openbaar vervoer; - Een laptop en telefoon van de zaak. - Een betrokken team waarin regelmatig leuke activiteiten worden georganiseerd.
