Je begeeft jij je dagelijks op LinkedIn en in de CV databases. Je bouwt razendsnel een netwerk op, omdat jij elke dag mensen benadert en spreekt. Nu even geen mogelijkheden? Dan zorg jij er als Recruiter voor dat we zo iemand later alsnog spreken. Vandaag de dag is het nodig dat je veel mensen spreekt, dus jij zet echt alle zeilen bij om dat te realiseren. Naast het identificeren, benaderen en spreken van kandidaten kijk je ook naar de langere termijn. Je bouwt een netwerk op door dagelijks mensen te spreken, maar kijkt ook naar thema's als Campus Recruitment (samenwerking met hoge scholen, universiteiten en studie-/studentenverenigingen), Recruitment marketing (campagnes, socials, vacatureteksten) en natuurlijk het gebruik van AI om jouw werk dagelijks weer makkelijker (en leuker!)) te maken.
