Als Junior Werkcoördinator in Veluwe-Flevoland / Achterhoek-Betuwe lever jij je bijdrage aan het team door het voorbereiden en coördineren van onderhouds-, storings- en inspectiewerkzaamheden. Deze rol is voor minimaal 32 uur en je werkt vanuit standplaats thuis / Duiven. Jij maakt het net beter bij Alliander. De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als Junior Werkcoördinator Als Junior Werkcoördinator vervul je een centrale rol binnen ons team bij het voorbereiden en coördineren van onderhouds-, storings- en inspectiewerkzaamheden. Deze werkzaamheden voeren we uit in opdracht van TenneT en Liander. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed zijn voorbereid, de juiste mensen en middelen beschikbaar zijn en werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Je houdt overzicht over de planning en voortgang en schakelt snel wanneer omstandigheden veranderen. Je bent daarnaast een belangrijke schakel tussen onze technici, engineers, teamleider, leveranciers en klanten. Je coördineert het klantcontact rondom werkzaamheden op bijvoorbeeld wind- en zonneparken en zorgt dat afspraken en wijzigingen goed worden afgestemd. Ook ondersteun en coördineer je mobiliteitszaken binnen het team en houd je overzicht over de inzet en beschikbaarheid van medewerkers en (mobiliteits)middelen. Bij complexe werkzaamheden ben je de rechterhand van de Maintenance engineer en leer je zelfstandig optreden. Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen, signaleert verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van het werk.
