Ben jij iemand die graag overzicht creëert, energie haalt uit samenwerken en stevig in je schoenen staat? Dan is dit jouw kan om als Recruiter aan de slag te gaan binnen een hecht HR team bij een technisch bedrijf dat volop in beweging is. Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die recruitmentprocessen wil opzetten, stroomlijnen en verbeteren. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het overzicht en de voortgang van 40 tot 50 openstaande vacatures binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt de vrijheid om het volledige recruitmentproces zelf vorm te geven, van het schrijven van vacature teksten tot het actief benaderen van kandidaten. Je werkt nauw samen met met het HR team, de marketingafdeling en verschillende afdelingsmanagers. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat technische professionals en vakmensen zich echt aangesproken voelen. Jouw taken op een rij:

- Schrijven en publiceren van pakkende vacature teksten;

- Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via LinkedIn en diverse jobboards;

- Eerste selectiegesprekken voeren;

- Meedenken over employer branding en arbeidsmarkt communicatie;

- Contact onderhouden met externe wervingspartners;

- Deelnemen aan beurzen, events en samenwerkingen met scholen.

Wij zoeken iemand die initiatief toont, het overzicht bewaart en communicatief sterk is. Jij weet hoe je de juiste mensen aanspreekt en laat je niet uit het veld slaan! Verder heb jij: Minimaal een MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau;

- Tenminste 2 jaar ervaring in recruitment of HR;

- Een stevige persoonlijkheid en een proactieve werkhouding;

- Affiniteit met techniek is mooi meegenomen maar geen must.

- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
