Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces van jouw portfolio: van de eerste vacature-intake tot het moment waarop een nieuwe collega bij ons start. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega Recruiter en de Recruitment Lead. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat recruitment goed aansluit bij wat de organisatie nodig heeft. Solliciteer direct online Over de functie Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de vacaturehouders van jouw vacatures, binnen onze operationele en stafafdelingen. Je bespreekt wat zij nodig hebben, denkt mee over de vacaturetekst en bepaalt samen hoe je de juiste kandidaten gaat bereiken. In de dagelijkse praktijk houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Van vacature tot kandidaat: je voert vacature-intakes, denkt mee over het functieprofiel en de arbeidsmarkt, schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en bepaalt welke wervingskanalen het beste passen. - Actief werven: je zoekt en benadert kandidaten via verschillende kanalen en voert telefonische screenings en eerste sollicitatiegesprekken. - Begeleiden van het proces: je begeleidt kandidaten en vacaturehouders gedurende het hele selectieproces, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een goede kandidaatbeleving. - Van selectie tot start: je zorgt samen met collega's voor een goede en correcte administratieve afhandeling in het ATS en richting indiensttreding. - Samenwerken: je werkt nauw samen met de Recruitment Lead en je collega Recruiter.
