Als Recruiter speel je een sleutelrol binnen een afdeling die volop professionaliseert. Samen zetten we recruitment steeds nadrukkelijker op de kaart met data, campagnes en systemen als Mr. Work en Recruitee. Je traint stakeholders om het wervingsproces consistent en kwalitatief in te richten. In deze rol maak je de beweging van operationele werving naar strategisch recruitment met zichtbare impact op de energietransitie. Je bent gesprekspartner voor de business, voert scherpe intakes, bewaakt het proces en zorgt voor een uitstekende candidate experience. Afhankelijk van je ervaring is er ruimte om verder te groeien richting Recruiter senior, waarin je nog nadrukkelijker meewerkt aan visie en professionalisering.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Schakelen met kandidaten, leidinggevenden en directie op verschillende niveaus;

• Uitvoeren van vakinhoudelijke intakes en vertalen van de vraag naar een helder profiel;

• Regie voeren over het wervingsproces en bewaken van kwaliteit en voortgang;

• Zorgen voor een professionele en positieve ervaring voor alle betrokkenen;

• Plannen, prioriteren en snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving;

• Actief deelnemen aan overleggen en events en zichtbaar samenwerken met de business.

Functie-eisen: - Een MBO of HBO diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM, Communicatie of Commerciële Economie.

• Ervaring in het bemiddelen met de functies in detechniek, infra of de energietransitie is een must;

• Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het vak als recruiter, waarin je zelfstandig analyseert, kandidaten searcht, gesprekken voert en stakeholders meeneemt in het recruitmentproces;

• Je voelt je thuis in stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus en weet verwachtingen goed te managen;

• Je bent communicatief vaardig, enthousiast en betrokken;

• Als Recruiter weet je structuur te brengen en overzicht te houden in een dynamische omgeving.
