Samen met je collega's zorg jij dat kandidaten en klanten langdurige relatie met elkaar aangaan. En zorg jij er voor dat je een specialist in jouw nichemarkt wordt. Wat ga je doen? - Je enthousiasmeert kandidaten en brengt vraag en aanbod bij elkaar met passende vacatures; - Je leert verwachtingen managen en te onderhandelen; - Je begeleidt kandidaten door het volledige sollicitatieproces; - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten waar je kandidaten plaatst of geplaatst hebt.
