Een typisch Eindhovens no-nonsense bedrijf. Kleinschalig, met een persoonlijke aanpak en sterk verweven met de regio Eindhoven. Voor toonaangevende, nationale en internationale, hightech bedrijven uit de regio zoeken wij ambitieuze MBO'ers, HBO'ers en WO'ers die willen werken aan uitdagende projecten. Functieomschrijving De Recruiter brengt relevante doelgroepen in kaart en gaat planmatig deze talenten interesseren voor een overstap naar Détech Engineering. Hierdoor is Détech binnen een krappe arbeidsmarkt in staat goed gekwalificeerde professionals aan de organisatie te binden. In de gebieden waar Détech nog een onbekende organisatie is, zorgt de Recruiter ervoor dat Détech bekend wordt als aantrekkelijke werkgever. De recruiter heeft taken op de volgende gebieden: - In kaart brengen van de juiste talenten op de arbeidsmarkt; - Verbinding tot stand brengen en in stand houden met andere partners rondom Détech heen, gericht op werving en selectie; - In nieuwe gebieden bekendheid creëren voor Détech als aantrekkelijke werkgever; - Meewerken aan nieuwe campagnes. Functie eisen - Een afgeronde MBO opleiding, passend bij het werkveld; - Gedegen visie op het beheren en activeren van talentenpools en proactief en gestructureerd benaderen van de relevante doelgroepen; - Aantoonbare ervaring met recruitment in combinatie met arbeidscommunicatie en marketing; - Oog voor en interesse in nieuwe ontwikkelingen op de arbeidsmarkt; - Een actief netwerk dat ingezet kan worden is een pré.
