Als Recruiter Transport en Logistiek speel jij een essentiële rol in het aantrekken en selecteren van talenten die het verschil maken voor de organisatie. Met jouw enthousiasme en doorzettingsvermogen draag jij bij aan de personeelsdoelstellingen door het bieden van een buitengewone candidate experience. Jij werkt 24 uur per week verdeeld over 4 dagen met de woensdag als verplichte dag. Wat ga je doen? Als Recruiter werk jij nauw samen met managers om hun personeelsbehoeften volledig te begrijpen. Je stelt wervingsstrategieën op en zorgt ervoor dat elke stap van het recruitmentproces soepel verloopt. Van het actief zoeken naar kandidaten via verschillende kanalen tot het houden van interviews en het begeleiden van kandidaten door het gehele sollicitatietraject. Door vacatureteksten te schrijven die aanspreken en precies op de juiste plek worden gepubliceerd, vind jij altijd de beste match voor jouw organisatie. Wat breng je mee? - MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur in de transport- en logistieke sector - Ervaring met diverse wervingskanalen zoals jobboards en social media - Een rijbewijs B - Proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling, zelfstandig werkend - Bereidheid om een VOG te overhandigen - Samen met de organisatie de VGB aanvragen, essentieel voor werken op Schiphol - Een detacheringscontract voor 7 maanden met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een baan voor 24 uur per week (verdeeld over 4 dagen) - Een salaris tussen € 3350 - € 4585 (bruto per maand op fulltime basis, conform de CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer) - 24 vakantiedagen, 3.5 ADV-dagen en 8% vakantiegeld - Ondersteuning en stimulering van persoonlijke ontwikkeling via cursussen en trainingen - Een solide pensioenregelin...
