Als Recruitment Consultant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, enthousiasmeren en begeleiden van professionals binnen het Sociaal Domein. Denk aan Jeugdconsulenten, Wmo-consulenten, Consulenten Participatiewet en andere specialisten die dagelijks het verschil maken bij gemeenten. Je bent continu in gesprek met kandidaten, denkt mee over hun volgende stap en zorgt ervoor dat zij op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je bouwt aan duurzame relaties en bent voor jouw professionals een sparringpartner gedurende hun hele loopbaan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via LinkedIn, onze database en andere recruitmentkanalen; - Voeren van intakegesprekken en beoordelen van talent; - Matchen van professionals met uitdagende opdrachten bij gemeenten; - Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het gehele sollicitatie- en plaatsingsproces; - Onderhouden van langdurige relaties met jouw netwerk van professionals; - Adviseren over arbeidsvoorwaarden en begeleiden van salarisonderhandelingen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt continu tussen recruitment, relatiebeheer en commercie en krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw eigen succes te creëren.
