Je achterhaalt de echte behoefte van je klant en gaat actief op zoek naar de juiste kandidaat. Van vacature schrijven tot sollicitaties behandelen: jij regelt het hele wervingsproces. Match gevonden? Dan stel jij de kandidaat voor, regel je het contract en zorg je dat alles rondom HR soepel verloopt. Ook daarna blijf je betrokken: je houdt contact, signaleert kansen en bouwt verder aan de klantrelatie. Ondertussen werk je aan je eigen klantenportefeuille en laat je met lef en energie zien hoe recruitment Écht werkt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je voert gesprekken met klanten om hun personeelsbehoefte scherp in kaart te brengen. - Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatures en zet gerichte wervingsacties uit. - Je zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen en voert sollicitatiegesprekken. - Je begeleidt het hele sollicitatieproces van eerste contact tot aanname. - Je stelt kandidaten voor bij klanten en bij een match regel je het opstellen van een contract en alle bijbehorende HR-zaken. - Je houdt contact met geplaatste kandidaten en klanten om kansen en signalen op te pikken. - Je bouwt actief aan je eigen klantenportefeuille en onderhoudt samenwerkingen.
