De doelgroep waar je mee te maken hebt zijn surveillanten. Je bouwt een sterke relatie op met de klant en zoekt naar de beste personeelsoplossingen die passen bij wat zij nodig hebben. Voor de groep surveillanten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt. Dit is anders dan werken op een kantoor op afstand. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld makkelijk even binnenlopen bij je contactpersoon en start op de werkvloer moeiteloos een praatje met de uitzendkrachten die voor ons werken. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Werving & Selectie: Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige sollicitatieproces, inclusief het afhandelen van sollicitaties, zoeken, interviewen en plaatsen van kandidaten. - Relatiebeheer: Actief beheren van klantrelaties door wekelijkse afstemming door middel van (plannings) gesprekken en inspelen op hun behoeften. Voert daarnaast ambitiegesprekken met uitzendkrachten en ben je voor hen regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden. - Planning & Coördinatie: Opstellen van roosters omtrent tentamenweken en zorgen dat jouw pool van medewerkers altijd op orde is. - Administratie: Afhandelen van alle gerelateerde administratieve taken in je ATS, planningssysteem en backoffice, waaronder contractbeheer, verloning en wervingsproces. - HR-advies: Adviseren over personeelsbeleid, wetgeving, en privacyzaken. - En dat onverwachtse telefoontje tussendoor neem je ook met veel plezier op! Dit betreft een functie voor 32-40 uur, waarbij je samenwerkt met circa 5 collega's. In deze rol ben je voornamelijk werkzaam op de hogescholen in Deventer en Zwolle, maar ook zal je af en toe te vinden zijn op de locaties in Almere en Utrecht.
