Als Recruiter bij Horeca Totaal ben je veel meer dan een matchmaker tussen vacature en kandidaat. Je bent een sleutelfiguur in ons HR-team en werkt actief mee aan het uitbouwen van een duurzaam en doordacht rekruteringsbeleid.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt een strategisch rekruteringsjaarplan op en bewaakt de uitvoering ervan.
  • Je rekruteert actief via social media en andere innovatieve kanalen.
  • Je werkt mee aan onze employer branding en zet Horeca Totaal op de kaart als aantrekkelijke werkgever.
  • Je stelt heldere functiebeschrijvingen en wervende vacatureteksten op in samenwerking met de afdelingen.
  • Je werkt samen met je HR-collega’s aan een sterk onboardingtraject voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je voert integratiegesprekken met nieuwe medewerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding.
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met interimkantoren en andere externe partners.
  • Je denkt creatief mee over hoe we goede kandidaten kunnen bereiken in een uitdagende arbeidsmarkt.
  • Uiteraard voer je ook de klassieke rekruteringsactiviteiten uit: van vacaturepublicatie tot selectie en aanwerving.
  • Minimum een bacheloropleiding in HR of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke zin voor initiatief en bent proactief in je aanpak.
  • Je bent creatief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt en kennis deelt.
  • Een eerste ervaring in rekrutering is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt affiniteit met social media en employer branding.
  • Je hebt een neus voor talent en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren.
