Jouw rol Als Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het hele recruitmentproces. Jij houdt overzicht, neemt initiatief en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor managers en leidinggevenden binnen de organisatie. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van recruitment binnen de organisatie en binnen het team. Je schakelt dagelijks met locatie- en regiomanagers over vacatures en de juiste aanpak om nieuwe collega's aan te trekken. Jij weet waar je geschikte kandidaten vindt en hoe je vacatures beter onder de aandacht brengt. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin veel gebeurt en waarin je snel schakelt tussen verschillende vacatures, gesprekken en ideeën. Juist die afwisseling maakt het werk uitdagend en leuk.
