Bij Magic Match krijg je de ruimte om recruitment breed op te pakken én mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Je werkt met kandidaten én zorgorganisaties en combineert recruitment met relatiemanagement en consultative sales. Wat ga je doen Als Recruiter bij Magic Match ben jij de verbindende factor tussen zorgprofessionals en zorginstellingen. Je werft, selecteert en begeleidt zorgprofessionals en bouwt tegelijkertijd sterke relaties op met onze opdrachtgevers. Omdat we actief zijn binnen de GHZ, VVT, GGZ en Social Work, krijg je te maken met verschillende doelgroepen, functies en vraagstukken. Jouw top 3 werkzaamheden zijn het: ✓ werven, selecteren en begeleiden van zorgprofessionals binnen verschillende zorgdomeinen en actief searchen via onder andere Indeed, LinkedIn en eigen bronnen. ✓ opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met zorginstellingen, waarbij je kansen signaleert, meedenkt met teams en recruitment combineert met relatiemanagement en consultative sales. ✓ dagelijks samenwerken met de planning om de beste matches te maken en tegelijkertijd contracten, documentatie, vacatureteksten en andere administratieve processen goed te borgen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je jouw werk organiseert. Je denkt mee over processen en kwaliteit, signaleert verbeterpunten en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze recruitmentafdeling.
