Als HR Consultant bij Synergie ben jij de matchmaker tussen bedrijven en werkzoekenden:

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten op verschillende kanalen
  • Spot je een interessant profiel? Dan bel je meteen voor een kennismaking
  • Je vraagt door op ervaring, skills en motivatie en koppelt die perfecte match aan de juiste job
  • Je bouwt een sterke band op met je klanten en snapt wat zij echt nodig hebben
  • En administratief? Daar zorg jij voor een vlotte flow: dossiers up-to-date, contracten klaar, vacatures online

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in HR, talen, communicatie, psychologie, ...
  • Ervaring kan minstens zo waardevol zijn als een diploma, laat vooral zien wat jij al hebt bereikt
