De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Recruiter

  • Opstellen en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten
  • Actief zoeken naar talent via verschillende kanalen en netwerken
  • Voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en begeleiden van kandidaten doorheen het selectieproces
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van hiring managers tijdens het aanwervingsproces
  • Zorgen voor een positieve en transparante kandidaatervaring van eerste contact tot onboarding
  • Actief meewerken aan employer branding en recruitmentinitiatieven
  • Ondersteunen bij het onthaal en de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Faciliteren en organiseren van interne opleidingen voor nieuwe collega’s

Binnen de organisatie krijgen medewerkers ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere uitbouw van het team. Wie jij bent als Recruiter

  • Bachelor diploma in een HR-gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens drie jaar ervaring binnen recruitment of talent acquisition
  • Ervaring met het sourcen van kandidaten via verschillende kanalen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgerichte mindset met zin voor initiatief
  • Sterk in het inschatten van talent en het opbouwen van relaties
  • Teamgerichte houding met focus op samenwerking en kennisdeling
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans
