Je bent dagelijks op jacht naar het beste talent, pakt de telefoon om vacatures binnen te slepen en ontdekt continu nieuwe commerciële ingangen. Je krijgt alle ruimte om je eigen business te runnen en samen met je team de markt in Amsterdam te veroveren. Jouw aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.900,- tot € 3.500,- op basis van 40 uur (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring); - Een laptop, telefoon en mogelijk een leaseauto voor de deur; - Een ongelimiteerde en individuele bonusregeling: hoe meer jij scoort, hoe meer geld je pakt; - 4 keer per jaar de mogelijkheid om je bruto maandsalaris te verhogen als je je targets behaald; - Een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van € 2.500,- per jaar en scherpe coaching om de beste te worden; - De mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken én 2 maanden per jaar remote te knallen vanaf jouw favoriete plek. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je zoekt en benadert doelgericht het beste talent uit de markt om gesprekken te voeren en voor te stellen op passende vacatures; - Begeleid kandidaten strak door het gehele proces van het eerste contact tot de definitieve plaatsing; - Adviseren van klanten en hiring managers doe je als volwaardig sparringpartner over recruitment- en HR-vraagstukken; - Schrijf scherpe vacatureteksten die exact de juiste commerciële kandidaten weten te triggeren; - Bouw actief aan een sterk netwerk, spot marktontwikkelingen en verzilvert elke commerciële kans die je ziet; - Pak actief de telefoon voor cold calling en acquisitie om nieuwe bedrijven te overtuigen hun vacatures bij jou neer te leggen.
