Voor onze klant in Boxmeer zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Tijdelijke Recruiter - High volume voor een tijdelijke opdracht. In deze rol ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten voor voornamelijk high-volume Blue Collar functies. Afhankelijk van de actuele behoefte binnen de organisatie ondersteun je daarnaast ook bij de werving van diverse White Collar-profielen. Jouw werkzaamheden en werkomgeving We zijn op zoek naar iemand die enorm veel energie krijgt van een dynamische werkomgeving, snel kan schakelen en het ontzettend leuk vindt om continu actief met kandidaten bezig te zijn. Je bent absoluut niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken, kandidaten proactief te benaderen en het complete recruitmentproces praktisch op te pakken. Wat wij bieden - Een tijdelijke recruitmentopdracht bij een organisatie in Boxmeer. - Een hands-on rol waarin je direct impact kunt maken op het recruitmentproces. - Een dynamische omgeving met veel verschillende kandidaten en vacatures. - De mogelijkheid om ervaring verder uit te bouwen binnen high-volume recruitment. - Een marktconform salaris, afhankelijk van ervaring. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal een mbo-diploma; - Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van het recruitmentproces van A tot Z. - Ervaring met high-volume recruitment inzetten om snel geschikte kandidaten te vinden. - Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via verschillende recruitmentkanalen. - Voeren van telefonische en persoonlijke intakegesprekken.
